Administration, Human Resources, and Supplies Department

The Administration, HR & Supplies Department at ICOH manages the Centre’s human resources, administrative functions, and asset management. The department ensures efficient coordination of staff welfare, recruitment, training, and the maintenance of facilities and supplies, all essential to the Centre’s operational success.

Key Responsibilities

• Administration Management: Oversee ICOH's administration.
• Human Resources: Handle recruitment, promotions, staff deployment, and discipline.
• Staff Welfare & Training: Manage staff welfare and organize training programs.
• Asset & Stores Management: Maintain assets and conduct stock verification.
• Payroll & Pension: Manage payroll through IPPIS and handle pension and insurance matters.
• Transportation & Maintenance: Oversee transportation and facility upkeep.
• Industrial Relations: Address staff-related issues and maintain industrial harmony.
